Birth Doula Support

Service Description

As your birth doula, I offer continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth. My goal is to help you feel empowered, informed, and deeply supported during this transformative time. My services include: • A consultation to see if we’re a good fit • 2 prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, answer questions, and prepare for labor • 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks • Continuous labor support at home, birth center, or hospital (until you and baby have settled and feeding has been initiated) • Comfort measures such as massage, positioning, breathing techniques, and aromatherapy • Support for your partner and birth team • 1 postpartum follow-up visit to check in, process your birth, and offer resources Every birth is unique, and I’m honored to walk alongside you with compassion, respect, and care.
